Etta Chadwick from Chadwick's store does it from her home now if that helps you!

Cheryl Young could probably do it, too. We just used Etta because I got my wedding dress from them and then when my sister got married Etta sized it down to fit her.

Cheryl Williams, John Allen What is John Tailor Allen's Haplo Group?
Do you know if Lemuel Allen had a son named Larkin ? I've seen a family tree showing Lemuel and...
Diane C. replied:
The John Allen in Rutherford - who is "not related" to Greg, is Hap R. Unless Cheryl Williams has found some of her ancestors there as well, if so, Cheryl's line is Hap G. Joseph can you tell the difference between these lines? If so, I wish you would email me a rough sketch. Thank you Joseph Allen ! And Happy New Year!
Joseph A. replied:
John Allen I don't doubt that Lemuel had a son named Larkin and he was born about the same time as my 3 rd great uncle David Larkin Allen. Unless they both had wives named Mary and named their children the same names I'd say some one just made a mis take doing their resarch. You can find David Larkin back here in Cleveland County NC on the 1860 census using the name Larkin and on the Cleveland County !870 census using for the one and only time David Allen with the same wife and children as the 1860 census, On the 1880 Cleveland County census he's still using Larkin with same wife and most of their children some had married and moved out on their on. Some time after 1880 he and most of his family moved to DeKalb County AL. where he died August 14 1906.
John A. replied:
Cheryl-I went to Union, Towns, and Rabun courthouses about two years Go. All anyone had on Lemuel was a marriage license for George L and Clementine and they had Clementine as Hazletine. George L, was Lemeul's grandson. Rabun Co. Did have a burial record for one of Anericus's sons, but that was the historical society not the courthouse.
Cheryl W. replied:
He is buried with his wife in Silver Brook Cemetery in Anderson SC but they have given him the wrong name. http://www.findagrave.com/cgi-bin/fg.cgi?page=gr... &
John A. replied:
G.L. And Clementine moved from Persimmon in Rabun Co. Down to Pine Log in Bartow Co. Where my dad was born. In fact at least three of GWA's sons and two daughters moved there. My grandparents were share croppers and moved around a lot as farms became unproductive. I suspect that many of their siblings did the same . Clementine moved in with one of her sons later in life. The family members I know lost track of him and no one knows where he is buried. Or wanted to from what my dad said. What makes one go hummmmmm is my Y-DNA.
Joseph A. replied:
Cheryl Williams, John Allen I'm a little confused which John Allen are you talking about? John Taylor Allen or John Tailor Allen { John Allen the tailor} I knew John Taylor Allen was in the R group is John Tailor Allen in the same Haplo group?

Ron M. replied:
There's a good guy at Joseph Banks at South Park in Charlotte. I think he is still there? I'm not that picky anymore. I just go to Gastonia. There is a company whose name I have forgotten who would come to the office for fittings and selection. I will look for them if you need it
Iso:
Looking for a seamstress in Gastonia that can really get down, a fashionista with flare, classic style and think outside the box. Please message me now! Thank You!!
