Sorry, should have put Ivy Cottage on Ashby Road. We've used the White House kennels at Belton some years ago it was ok but don't know what they're like now.
Fiona D. replied:
Tara Tara Birch can offer private kenneling, they are looked after incredibly well, and get personal attention and the safe and enclosed space to exercise around her farm. She also does small animal care in Long Whatton.
I need help, can anyone recommend Kennels for Sam, Valentines, Hillcrest and west Burton are all full. Snipegate are closed! Anyone used Greenacres or Country Kennels ?

If you are struggling locally, my mum has dogs boarding at her house. She belongs to a company called 101 friends.com . The dog will be the only animal in the house and will get regular walks by my stepdad over the fields. The downside is that she lives over in Countesthorpe but your dog will get superb care. There will be someone there with your dog all the time. Contact Karina at 101 friends and ask to board with Lana fox. Thanks smile emoticon
I take my cat to a place in Markfield, it's called Alter Stones. Lovely people who run it and all the cats look very happy there. My cat is a very frightened and timid thing around people she doesn't know but they treat her brilliantly. Very reasonably priced too.

I need someone to look in my cats for half an hour a day for 10 days whilst on holiday. Does anyone know of a pet sitter that can cover the Long Whatton area?

PetStay Leics have insured and licensed carers all over Leicestershire and Rutland. Dogs are never left longer than 3 hours as it is condition of licence and most carers won't even leave that long. They also walk as required by the customer. Meet the carefully selected carer before paying deposit. Www.petstay.net

Lynne Reynolds@passion4 pets does either home boarding or house sitting. That way the pet is in the Comfort of their own home. Would highly recommend!
