Cassells Grille in Mount Holly Springs is amazing. Another really great one that my husband and I go to about every 5 years is in east Berlin and it's called Sydney's. When I make the reservation online and let them know the occasion they always give us free champagne.

http://www.alfredsvictorian.com/ It a little more the a 30 minute drive but was amazing. I recommend Steak Dianne Sautèed filet mignon prepared in a delicate sauce and flambèed table-side. So good and flames table side.

If you wanna drive a tad bit longer than 30 minutes, there is a restaurant called Black N' Bleu in Mechanicsburg. It's absolutely amazing. Make sure you call ahead and make reservations, there is always a huge wait for seating. In Harrisburg there is a restaurant called Stocks on 2 nd. Last time my husband and I went, there was a local band playing wonderful acoustic music. The ambience was incredible. Like I said, a little longer of a drive but so worth it.

Hickory Bridge in Orrtanna is a nice place. We have taken our grandparents there. Served family style but def need reservations. Sometimes they have special music. We also like Boiling Springs Tavern in Boiling Springs. A little fancier menu there versus home cooked, depending on what you are looking for.
