Here's an idea. Go in to some good shop . Which are House Of Art in Lakeside and Off world in Show Low, and LOOK at artists portfolios meet the people who may or may not be tattooing you and then make a decision for yourself otherwise asking questions like this just turns into a competition. My art speaks for itself just like Lol the other artists on this mountain. You can get quality without getting ripped off. You can also overpay for shit so be careful. Look at environment, atmosphere and most importantly PORTFOLIOS!!!

Our experience with David Mckinnon at House of Art was completely opposite of the above comment. He did a wonderful job on a cover-up at an affordable price. Your best bet is to get out to the shops and meet people and look through their portfolios and find someone your comfortable with. Good luck:)

Thank you, wasn't expecting the response! My last one was done in San Diego over 12 yrs ago (which needs to be retouched) and I didn't know what shops there were here, so this is helpful. I have heard mixed reviews about Offword and Skin Deep is local. Never heard of House of Art, so very helpful!
