In order of my favorites: La Fermata - Bremerton Burrata Bistro - Poulsbo Sogno di Vino - Poulsbo Also recommended: Agate Pass Cafe. They have pasta dishes, but is more of a modern PNW, Italian, French infusion. If you include APC, it's tied for my favorite with La Fermata. All VERY good and romantic.
