adam pearlman. senior deputy DA for nearly a decade. I reckon he trued to run against Totten who has been the DA forever, and was shoved out. he has been a defense attornet since then. his price is affordable, and still has a good rep with the sitting DAs. ventura has a 99% conviction rate on DUIs, so more than likely your friend will jave to settle

In my experience, unless he was only just over the legal limit, a lawyer can do very little for you. Ventura is the toughest county on DUI.

He has been a major disruption to the court system and has represented people such as Elton jon and Robbin Williams. He is the best in the state and is more qualified than any other attorney to represent you because he has been through the depths of the system himself. He claims that Ventura county is one of the worst if not the worst place in the country to get a DUI. Ventura is the birthplace of MADD "Mothers Against Drunk Driving". He is the only attorney I would use after many of my family members have gone with an attorney who are former cops or former prosecutors scammed them and threw them for the wolves.
