We're moving to Greenville in July and could really use some help! We'd like to live as close to Anderson as possible (family reasons), so we've been focusing on south...
Wanda L. Hardee, best realtor around, has office n Anderson, also on fb. She can help you find anything you want, and will no the area. We lived n W. PELZER Almost 30 yrs. Best yrs o f my life. The schools are really good too. There's a really nice subdivision n Piedmont called Blythewood, homes reasonably priced also. It's on Hwy 86 above Hardee's. We live n Piedmont now, but trying to get bk n that area. Good luck, I no if you give Wanda a Chance she will find you just what yu r looking for.

Kevin Henson So much data, not much useful information. Everyone loves where they live and wants to tell others their opinion. Alex Jordan has plenty of options but a visit to the area is the only way to sort it out.
Patricia G. replied:
Well to add to the confusion- some Powdersville addresses have 29611, 29673 & 29642 zip codes. I suggest you interview a couple of Realtors and see who you click with.

We live in Easley 15 years and raised my son there. We loved it. Contact Donna Cantrell Realty, she became a good friend after finding our house for us in Easley. She listens to you and will find what our want, many years of experience.
Delores S. replied:
My son and his family live in Birch River in Powdersville as do I but I live across Hwy 153 from them on the Easley side. I love where both of us live and they are just down the road from Powdersville Elementary, Middle and High School which are all brand new. As far as realtors, I would work with Caine Company. Know the company and two girls there are Shay Felknor and Pam Fielder. Don't know if they have anything in that area but that is Anderson County. This will be their second house that they've built. They also bought a house behind Birch River, Lea Croft, that they lived in while the second was being built. Both subs have the same pool.

Only part of Piedmont is in Greenville County. You would not really be moving to Greenville if you located in Powdersville or Easley and they are in another county. Twila Kingsmore is a very good realtor.
