also go to http://www.sba.gov/.../navigat.../starting-managing-business you need to do this... trust me i fought it but when i did was Elliott said it worked out so much better... if you are nice to him he might even help you out with getting going on what to do... it took about 1 yr from start to finish but when it was done i got my non-profit on first shot which is a miracle from what i understand
