So....should have taken some of the advice. I ended up being impatient, and calling the first one I came across. I just finished settling up with All Appliance Repair, who, after some time and money, did not fix the problem, and was angry at ME for it. His statement, "I've got a lot of time and money in this dryer and I've got a lot to do this morning". I think he forgot that was actually my money he had invested.
