Surry doesn't have a dentist but Smithfield does. Dr. P. Milton Cook from Smithfield Family Dentistry is great with little kids

Call the insurance company you had at the time and explain to them whats going on.Ask to speak to the office manager at Kool Smiles. Get a complete copy of your records then tell them if they do not finish what they started you will have your insurance company reverse payment & you'll file a formal complaint with the state dept.of health (the regulate all health professions)

No problem. I took my daughter to Kool Smiles & had issues. They charged for things they didnt do & recommended things she didnt need because they thought I didnt know better.

Wow that's WAY TOO MUCH. Kool Smiles is supposed to charge alot less because they're medicare/medicaid providers. I've never heard of 2 fillings for $800+!!!
