In this case you can make voluntary VAT registration under art. 100, par 1 of VAT act. Once you have the registration, you can issue VAT invoices to both foreign and Bulgarian clients. /0% tax rate for other VAT registered EU companies and 20% for Bulgarian companies/. About fees: if company operates, it is mandatory the sole owner to pay insurances no matter of the labour contract with other company unless the insurance income in this labour contract is max limit of 2600 leva.
