Elephant Bookstore in Tsar Shishman has books in many languages but specially in English... "Sloveikov" as mentioned above is a hit and miss affair- for many years they had a bad reputation as a rip-off place for foreign books always over priced- maybe lately with influx of shops everywhere their prices are lower; there is another book store on Levski Blvd near Rakovska also with a good collection of books in different languages (forgot the name of the shop)
