Ended up using JC Domestics as spin and drum were sooooooo busy. Wish I hadn't - feel totally ripped off. Charged me full £60 labour cost of replacing the pump even though they managed to 'fix' it within 15 mins without any dismantling. Paid cash and didn't even get a receipt. Feel completely taken advantage of (was trying to get two little ones fed and ready for bath/bed).
