I have a deaf pittie. I have worked with many trainers (training myself). Cesar Milan - heather Beck- eh- enough name dropping. It is really not that different than training a hearing dog. The one thing I do use is a vibration collar for recall, not punishment. Purely in case he gets loose, runs away or I need his attention reverted back to me. He receives a vibration click, a come sign and a treat when he comes

Hi there. I was recommended on the Lakewood Lost/Found Pet page. I've been a Certified Professional Dog Trainer and Behavior Specialist for over 7 years, and own/operate my own dog training company. I'm based out of Long Beach, but serve all areas of L.A. and Orange Counties. I use only positive reinforcement training methods, and would be more than happy to work with your friend. Feel free to check out my website, and give me a call. alexandramacias.com.
