I have a pressure canner at home, so I buy sugar pumpkins and can cubed pumpkin, when I need some I open a jar and either puree it or cook as is.

I just assumed walmart.com would have it but it's totally sold out. I didn't realize there was a canned pumpkin shortage but it could just be that it's out of season still.
