Like James Doty mentioned, the Auto Repair Shop/Body Shop on West Bellfort outside of the neighborhood has always been honest and affordable for me. And they're very speedy with inspections. For major repairs I use Crissman's Auto Repair in Stafford. They're a family owned business that I've used for 25+ years. A little pricey but very very honest.
