We have a friend, John Lufkin, who is an excellent realtor. He's honest, and will really go the extra mile. Let me know if you'd like more contact info. Our realtor is Jerri Snarr, her daughter is Natalie Knudsen, if you know Natalie. We love Jerri because she is so amazingly thorough, and makes sure all the important details are in place, and she goes above and beyond the call of duty. (She bought a homeowners warranty for us...worth several hundred dollars, she paid for rekeying the house, and among other things gave us gift certificates for Home Depot and created a really nice book with all of the important home owners docs in it.) She kept us on our toes through the funding process which is a stretch but so vital and recommended backup lenders when the first one failed. She put up with a lot in a crazy situation and helped miracles happen at the same time. We have always used Kent and Joyce Bybee. So has our Aunt. They have been in real estate for many many years and have a very high success rate at selling and finding the perfect home. They have a company called Elite Choice Real Estate. If you want their number message me. We LOVE them and our aunt has used them to buy and sell ever house she has owed here.

We used Melissa Harwood Collings- with Remax. She was fabulous, she sold our last house in a couple months, she sold my other friends house in 4 days.... She was always working hard for us..... We just love her!!!
