Does anyone have recommendations on places to get smaller/early runs of cards printed? Ive heard of the gamecreafter, but just looking for options to get early demo...

Personally, I like Gamecrafter for cards. http://www.printplaygames.com also does great work, although I've never used them for cards. I assume their cards would be of high quality though.

I've used http://www.printerstudio.com/ and http://www.printplaygames.com. The cards from http://www.printerstudio.com/ were much better quality. They are thinner than typical cards, but they shuffle well and they've been holding up well. And their web tool for ordering decks is very flexible. It's very easy to order the exact deck you need.

Have you looked at DriveThruCards.com? There is no setup fee or up-front cost, and you can buy your own cards for the cost to print them.
