Right to repairs, can't find anything later than this so assume this is still relevant, we need a lawyer :-(

Can anyone recommend a local solicitor or conveyancer to handle a sale of a property - sale only no purchase as well. My last experience with a solicitor was horrendous!

Noel Roberts at Page Gulliford and Gregory. I too have experienced very poor service and I can truly say he is superb - timely, not too expensive and good at communicating..... 80225821

Jill Donbavand at Kirklands in Totton. Very helpful. Have used her several times and would recommend her
Kate D. replied:
Richard Webster in Eastleigh. Reasonable and wonderful... Lots of added value in terms of their expertise, they have a car park available when you need to pop in, they're outside of Eastleigh, just off the M3

Julia Hodgson office in Eastleigh lives in Totton

Obviously I'd recommend Allison Fuller at Paris Smith as I work there! Although I think most local solicitors are quite good, check that they have no upcoming holidays as although it shouldn't that can sometimes delay matters if another person has to take on an extra workload and avoid bucket shop conveyances where they have a 'team' of people looking after work, they might be cheaper but generally you get what you pay for!

Can anyone recommend a good solicitor for selling a house?? Most take years!!
Matthew B. replied:
We used Ken Flooks who works at David Ebert solicitors in West End. He was VERY good, and it was always him chasing me up for things rather than the other way around!
Matthew B. replied:
If you e mail Ken, tell him what you need doing, and leave a phone number. and he'll get back to you quickly with a quote. ken@davidebert.co.uk
