I'm corroborating Mike's recommendation of Polytech Electric. On Mike's word, I called them last year, and they have been EXCELLENT!!! I can't say enough about them. Lucky me - I was in Maine and Skip was home He had to deal with the entire mess. Luckily he had just taken his morning shower and went to take the dog out - and saw the mess on the tile floor downstairs. It had just happened and the backup contained to the downstairs bathroom. He tried to snake it all out....but it was just blocked outside at the opening of the tank. The tank wasn't full. I never had that happen before and hope I never get to see it Good luck. Joe Butkus (Butkus Plumbing) has a cell phone and comes the same day.
