Hi Crystal. First port of call is the GP who can refer to specific services. You can self refer to IAPT (depression, anxiety, stress, phobias). Check out MIND and RETHINK (hopefully you have some local services by these organisations). There is an online community. WWW.bigwhitewall.com. There is a 24/7 Helpline: Mental Health Matters Tel: 0800 616 171. Usual counselling services. Waiting lists are a joke and the investment in Mental Health issues in the UK is poor but we are lucky compared to other places in the world. Good luck. ☘

Hi Laura, you could try Elizabeth Windle- she's lovely and very very good at facials and nails and I have been a professional massage therapist for over 18 years. I can do facials but to be honest if you have a good massage with the head and face included, a facial can be a secondary therapy. I can send you references if you like, no problem.
