We just had ours done by Thompsons in Pinehurst. My carpets look brand new. 910-295-0302 They were professional: on time, used bumpers so as not to scratch the corners that the hoses would pass by, and put little "coasters" under the furniture so they wouldn't be damaged. We had the ceiling fans on high and the bedroom doors open, and the carpets were thoroughly dry in about 6 hours.
