Westgate Family Physicians is awesome. They are located behind family video. They are worth the drive. 864-574-0070. We see Dr. Hess. Anytime you are sick they will work you in, sometimes you may see a different Dr. They are open on Saturday morning. They have Dr's on call the rest of the weekend. Can you tell how much I love those people there.

Tammy, we haven't really found one, either, so we have been going to the new Immediate Care Center in the Fresh Market parking lot. It's really nice and never crowded, and it's more like a regular doctor's office than anything else. I grew up going to Dr. Westmoreland's office, but since the hospital took it over, we left because the people running the desk are so horrible to deal with, even though we like the doctors. http://www.spartanburgregional.com/Pages/ImmediateCare.aspx

Amen to what John D Kanipe said. Our entire family sees Dr Hess. He has taken care of our kids since they were born. They love going to visit him. All the other doctor's in the practice are just as nice.

Suzy Cothran, Dr Cole is exactly who I was trying to see! He is with that group but it was so hard to deal with making appointments that I just gave up. I went for my first appointment and I waited a long time but they were so backed up that they asked me to reschedule. The ladies at the desk are not the most polite either so I am looking elsewhere unfortunately.

His office staff is useless. They left me sitting an hour just to get labs because they forgot to tell me that they only do labs at certain times. I thought he was good though. I worked with Jeffrey Craft for 10 yrs. He is a brilliant man with a really good bedside manner. He is across from the parking deck at Regional. I trust him completely.
