There is Spokane Midwives, which is the only free standing birth center in town. They permit home births, water birth, and birth center births. They accept a wide array of insurances. There are also midwives with Deaconess Hospital. I've personally used Spokane Midwives and I love them. If you have any further questions about them I'd be happy to answer!

If you go to Shelly Northern at Northwest OBGYN they take it there. And she is AMAZING!! But you would have to have a hospital birth. I went %100 natural there and the nurses were great about it though, and I had no problems as far as normal hospital issues. You can message me if you decided you want more info.
