It took over a half hour but they gave me one free month and I am to call back on 2/2/14 at 1-800-333-3474. They know its because of FOX. By that time I'll be so used to getting my news outside of Cable though. The color is even better with just an antenna btw!

If you can't get Cox or DSL check out http://www.dluxlink.com they are out of Springdale and provide our area with broadband over long range WiFi.

I currently have and like ATT UVerse (good customer service has been spotty though)...I had Dish for a few years and liked them, had Cox for a couple, liked them. I jump ship easily when special pricing is offered that makes better sense for us. I've found that all three are about the same in pricing structure and ease of use. I try to avoid contracts longer then a year though, so I can take advantage of special deals. Just be sure to do your homework and read the fine print...and get all they say in writing. I was offered a 50.00 visa card from the sales person and I asked them to put it in writing. They did, and when I called and tried to claim it they were giving me the run around, saying I wasn't eligible and must have misunderstood the salesman. I faxed them what I had in writing and got my Visa card!
