Kevin Snyder, heating and air in Urbana area. He installed our new furnace. Super great company, very fair pricing, workers are VERY respectful of your home too.
Anyone know anyone who knows heating and air? Who dont charge and arm and leg?????
Robert E. replied:
If you never had a furnace in there before the company who installed it should of performed what's called a load calculation to determine the proper size of furnace to install. If this wasn't done chances are the furnace could be to small for your house. Which in turn would cause it to run constantly raising all of your utility bills. I would contact the company that put it in and find out if they did the load calculation before you pay anybody to do any thing. If they did not do one and its a reputable company they will most likely correct their mistake at no additional charge. If you have any other questions feel free to give me a call 937-603-1373. I'm the Director of HVAC at A-Abel family of services. I hope this information is helpful.
