I've used William Mason a few times and I liked him because he came out once and fixed something at no charge because all he had to do was tighten something I didn't tighten well enough (lol), and another time I called and told him I needed a new pedestal sink bc the water was barely dripping out of my faucet. He explained over the phone how to unscrew this thing on the faucet and it's been perfect ever since. So I trust him. I feel like a lot of people would've just replaced the whole thing even though it was an easy fix.

Pulse Plumbing was 3.5 hours late and guy was very confrontational when he got here. I have flooring guys coming and I stressed I needed plumbing here on time. 8 calls later and 8 promises he would be there in 5 minutes I moved on. Then he showed up and I told him I got someone else (very calm and nicely despite the ordeal) and he got out of his truck and came towards me yelling. I went inside and locked the door and he didn't leave until I told him I was going to call the cops. Please do not use them!!! Very unprofessional all around!
