Before I moved here, I always stayed at the Postcard Inn. For food I'd recommend Shark Tales and Rick's Reef. If you want pizza or pasta I would suggest delivery from Vittoria's Pizza on line at pizzavittoria.com

Beach Haven is a little mom and pop motel but beautiful beach and near everything! Near 5000 Gulf Blvd. Always Tradewinds.

Toasted Monkey (at the Howard Johnson's) has the best fried shrimp on the beach.

Dockside Daves for grouper sandwich, they have a Facebook page with the menu.

Staying right now at Long Key Beach Resort. Old but clean and $120/nite for one bedroom with kitchen right on the beach with a pool.

We rented a condo at Gulf Winds for 2 weeks end if April thru beginning of May. Very nice place and much better prices than some of the ickier hotels.

We always stay at Plaza Beach Resorts. Love to eat at Ricks a Reef and Willys. On Tuesday from 12 till 4 go to McNastys for a $2 hamburger and REAL fries. Dockside Daves has great grouper and homemade onion rings

Sea Hags on Blind Pass is good. But come north to the Conch Republic on Redington Beach. Happy Hour all day and great seafood!
