    Hi, Melissa! It's Cecily! I just remembered a place! Bayfront Child Development Center in St Pete downtown does under 2 and I have heard good things from my neighbor. When I worked at All Children's Bright Horizons took infants too. I knew coworker's who used them, but can't say how good it was. Hope this helps!!!
