Just had my roof done. I had six estimates. The small, local guy was the most expensive. I went with Baron Roofing. Each brand of shingles has certified installers, and very few roofers are certified, so ask about that. The warranty is extended if you use a certified installer.

Hey Frankie. We just had our roof done by Dynamic Roofing. They have done a number of homes on our street. They did a good job. We had GAF shingles put on. They have a 50 year non-prorated warranty. It's not cheap, but in theory, they shouldn't have to be replaced for a very long time. Previous roofing job was "25 year shingles" .... lasted 14.
