I just had mine done professionally by CFT Inc in Elburn, phone 630-513-7847. Carpet Fabric Technicians were in St. Charles for years. They're very methodical in how they clean the vents and returns, so it took 5-6 hours with a big truck. I use them for cleaning my carpet and upholstery too, and I will have them put in my new carpeting and flooring. Their warehouse is at 670 Herra Street, Elburn.
