I always go to Emmert Motors. They are reasonably priced and do an extra check on other items and let you know if anything else needs your attention. You don't get that kind of service at just a normal lube shop (at least I've never received that elsewhere).

St. Helens Auto Center does not deny warranty claims. No dealer denies warranty claims. Warranty claims are denied by the manufacturer. Dealers submit a warranty claim to the manufacturer, then the manufacturer approves or denies the claim. Getting a lawyer and fighting the dealership over a warranty claim is absolutely pointless.
