Tattoo artist recommendations Hi all. I am looking at getting a medical alert tattoo and I have never considered a tattoo before. I'm wanting to know what I should be...

For something like that, as long as you go to a reputable shop they will do a fine job for you. -Trader Bob's is the longest running shop in the city with fantastic reputation - Tower Classic in the Grove also great shop, you would likely be able to walk in and get it done - Iron Age is incredibly reliable and safe/clean, its a crazy popular place tho, again for what you are getting literally anyone should be able to take care of you about the same.

My best friend just got a tattoo from Kyle at the Washington Tattoo Collective: http://www.scarboroughtattoo.com/ He is the nicest guy, charged her 1/3 of what she would have paid in St. Louis, and does amazing work.

I can only recommend my guy out in Columbia, Missouri. The field of tattooing is super competitive so it's likely that you're going to get a good one wherever you go, but i would recommend choosing one based on whoever's artwork moves you the most. Bob (Bob's Body Shop) tends to do more realistic pieces that aren't as mono chrome as most I've seen. I know it's a ways from here, but he does all the line work and shading in one sitting, which shouldn't take long if you're doing something small. He did these on me (keep in mind I'm 6'4". They're not tiny) in about 7 hours and I love them so much I wish they were more visible to me. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=233156660067415&set=pb.142036445846104.-2207520000.1386873546.&type=3&theater P.S.- he's also operating room clean. New needles every time.

I'm a big fan of Donnie at Evermore over in Edwardsville. I've had him do all of mine, he doesn't seem to be much for conversation but the man does damn fine work.

Anyone at Allstar Tattoo or Trader Bobs. Specifically Ryan Brown or Omar.
Tattoo Artist Recommendations? I've been thinking about getting some horror-related work done.
Can anyone make any recommendations on who to see or examples of work?
