My wife and I used Mark Baserap with Beggins Century 21. He was incredible. He worked with us in the 115 range. He showed us about 1000 houses before we finally found our home. Highly recommend!

As a follow-up, since I'm assuming there may be more than one realtor lurking here, I'm also shopping for a buyer's agent. Looking in the 275 k-325 k price range and for someone who is very familiar with St. Pete neighborhoods. PM me if you're available and interested. She should have no problem working with your work schedules. Everyone we spoke with was amazed at how smoothly and quickly the house buying process was for him.
