The Hale Kolani hotel has a nice restaurant. It's the hotel with the big orchard in the bottom of the pool. Very upscale. Really nice piano bar also. At least it was in the late 80' s when I was stationed there. You need to go to Matsumoto's Shave Ice in Haleiwa North Shore.
