Access Heating and Air ... ask for Daniel to do the work if you can get him. Everyone there is good, but I've met Daniel. They care. He fixed my sisters condenser before the blizzard. Maybe your furnace fan motor or start / run capacitor is bad ..? If you're technically handy, they're not the hardest things in the world to replace as long as you're safe about it... The capacitor is a cheap enough and easy enough part to replace that you may want to try replacing just for kicks before calling out a tech if you're on a tight budget... Plenty of youtube videos online for that type of thing...
