Maybe your furnace fan motor or start / run capacitor is bad ..? If you're technically handy, they're not the hardest things in the world to replace as long as you're safe about it... The capacitor is a cheap enough and easy enough part to replace that you may want to try replacing just for kicks before calling out a tech if you're on a tight budget... Plenty of youtube videos online for that type of thing...
