Southeast Smiles Pediatric Dentistry does wonder work, only problem it's all the way in cape. The staff is wonder and they have tons of activities for the kids while they are waiting and TV's to watch while they are laying down to get their teeth worked on.

We use https://www.facebook.com/446612355361632 Show Me Dental out of Farmington they took out my wisdom teeth without having to knock me out so it was MUCH cheaper they might be able to do that for you, I'm sure it depends on your teeth but maybe that's an option elsewhere too:)
