You can check http://www.aquaheaven.eu/index/pages/id_page-93/lang-nl/ It's pretty close to Brussels. You can rent a private Sauna with hammam, jaccuzi and pool in different themes, or you can request massages and beauty/relaxation treatements. They're expensive tho.
