I second Island Athletic Club. The Daycare staff is amazing and the owner and other personal trainers are great. I like how low key it is. Plus they have something with memberships and use of the pools for the summer!

Temple Fitness is in the business park. Club One is behind Safeway.

The edge training academy is where the workout like a girl is at. If you go around passed the indoor sports arena (ISA). Continue going around and its in the section were spunkwear is, Beasley electric, some crab place and busy buddies . When you turn in that section it's the first on the left . For beginners, first class is free to try just have to fill out a waiver form and print it on website . I truly highly recommend it. It is for any level of fitness and you will know you are getting a great workout . I have been going for four months and love it !
