Estela, there are lots and lots of good artists around here, and everyone has a certain niche or style they prefer doing and allows them to do their best. Do you want traditional? Geo Rogers at quarter horse. Do you want super swirly pin stripe type font? Chuco at American graffiti in sac. Do you want new school tag style? Anthony at emerald in Lodi. Pretty much though, if they are professional, it will be easy for any artist to do what you are wanting. Id be more than happy to do it for you but I don't work in a shop anymore. I work at a spa now and take private appt only so it also depends on the environment you're looking for. Good luck!
