We always recommend Richard Court - www.richardcourtdesign.co.uk he is brilliant and recently got planning for a loft conversion clients of ours who had previously been refused. He has some very nifty ideas. Get a few quotes though and see if it's cheaper to get them to do full building regs drawings at the sane time. X
