Getting them capped might be a better option. I think filing them down might not be good for longevity.

Filing them will cause damage down the line because it removes enamel which significantly weakens your teeth. You may be able to find someone who will do custom caps or veneers, I know that some people have had luck with that. An alternative option would maybe be something like this: https://www.kaoskustomfangs.com/ That might be good in the short term at least while you are looking for someone to do the procedure.
