Happy Monday morning everyone!!
Can anyone recommend a decent plumber or a handyman who can fix a leaky tub faucet?? :)
Jason P. replied:
Why, yes I can. http://lordplumbing.com/ They do general contracting as well as plumbing. We've been using them for a couple years now and they've given us very good service.

You can do it. Check the internet for help. It is not too difficult, only minimal tools are required, and you have little to lose by trying it yourself. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qBp0 xUgnow4

Jason, you are THE resource man! Thanks again! Tom, I looked up DIY Leaky Bathtub Faucet Repair before I posted this but it looked to be a little out of my moderately handy ability range! The one thing I've learned from all of the plumbing house repairs I've assisted in when my dad has helped me is that with my house being older, it's never straight-forward easy! Mostly though I'm afraid to try it alone!!
Handyman recommendation? So, I had a mirror front cabinet from Ikea that I wall mounted a few months back. Apparently my handyman skills aren't up to snuff, as it fell...
The upside of hiring a handyman - or handywoman - is getting some much-needed fixit jobs done in short order. The downside? Having that critical set of eyes notice...
