I was told recently that Judge Hill is no longer hearing cases in Preston co, ( not sure why) but that cases were taking longer due to only one judge. I would double check for Mon Co. If your children are in a bad situation you cant wait for a judgement from the courts.Especially from a judge who doesnt bother putting children first.
