Come to the Town Hall meeting concerning safety of our children and our schools next Saturday at 6 pm at The American Legion located at 1403 W Napoleon St, Sulphur, LA 70663. Bullying falls under student safety concerns in my book. As far as the physical issues go, I would contact law enforcement and file a report and charges.

Cristian Chesson or Shane Hinch. Both are well versed in criminal cases. Either way, even if you get a cheaper defender (or a public defender) if you weren't informed of the charges in a timely manner they should request an extension or for the case to be tried at a later date just after they ask for the case to be dismissed. Obviously this will all depend on the nature of the crime and the circumstances surrounding your case.
