Any one know the city ordinance on band it signs? 18"x24" with business contact that info? Or where I can get some info on it?

Sec. 13.5-1. - Portable, changeable copy signs. (a) General prohibition. Portable, changeable copy signs shall not be permitted within the city, except as hereinafter provided. (b) Permitted portable signs. Portable, changeable copy signs may be used provided: (1) The sign is nonflashing; (2) The sign placement adheres to all setback requirements and imposes no hazard to vehicular or pedestrian safety and further provides no deterrent to the health, safety and welfare of the general citizenry; (3) The sign is located outside of any visibility triangle at intersecting corridors; (4) The sign is securely fastened to the ground to avoid the sign being easily removed, overturned or relocated; and (5) In the event that the sign is electrically wired, the wiring must be hard-wired such that the wiring is totally encased in a durable conduit and located such that it is not subject to crossing by vehicular or pedestrian traffic. (Ord. No. 073, §§ 1, 2, 12-13-89) Editor's note— Ordinance No. 073, adopted Dec. 13, 1989, did not specifically amend this Code; hence, inclusion of §§ 1 and 2 as § 13.5-1 was at the discretion of the editor. Justin Martindale and the Backstabbers, Louisiana Yard Dogs, Aep, Dark Side of the Lake, Lingus, Flame Throwers, Street Side Jazz Band, Large Marge, The Tugboats, Loaded 44 rz, Phil n the Blanks, Sinners, Crown Shift, Holoverse, Hooch, Mr. Fahrenheit, Inner Gee, Vection, Jackie Stars, The Von Dukes, Good Wood, Fresh Nectar and I'm sure there are more that I can't think of right now.
Does anyone know of any local scholarships? I have a 3.52 GPA and am active in Beta Club, Leo Club, FFA, Link Crew, Student Council, and SHS Band. Thanks!
