@Bob we were patients of Dr. Joe for years but hadn't been there in a while because we've been either seeing specialists or have been fairly healthy. So we are considered new patients and they are not accepting new patients at this time. That's life!

I go to Dr. Monica Lominchar. She is an internist West Ashley but Just off of 61 on Charlie Hall Blvd. A few of my neighborhood friends have also started going to her. She is fantastic!

I have just started taking my family to Palmetto Primary Care's North Cedar Office. So far we have only seen Dr. DeBerry. She was nice and knowledgable. The office staff was very friendly and we got in quickly even as a new patient. Haven't had a ton of experience with them, but so far we like it. We have been twice with very little wait.

Dr Keller is wonderful!! He is behind the Cedar St Piggly Wiggly. He is with Palmetto Primary Care. His building is old and crummy but my husband and I love him. My Gyn referred him to me about 10 years ago and his whole family goes to Dr Keller including his children. Sharon Rodgers also loves him.

Another reason I picked Dr. Clifford is they have a 24 hour on-call line. The go through MUSC Children's Hospital. They have recently started seeing sick patients on Sat and Sun too. They are very accommodating.

We followed Dr. Smith to Parkwood Peds and love it there. A little bit of an extra drive although well worth it.
Will second the Central Vets recommendation. I'm not particularly thrilled with either my pediatrician or my family doctor right now, though, so can't really endorse them.:)
