Don't know of Smart Service but we use Superior Service and think thay are wonderful

Call Seniors vs Crime 689-4600 ex4606 on tues, weds, Thurs from 10-2. The do not give recommendations but if you give them the name of a company or service person they can tell you if complaints have been filed against them

We use 911 Pest Control. This is our third year with them and are very satisfied.

Use Service Smart and am pretty happy with them. As another poster said, if you call them for a problem or issue they usually come out the next day and take care of it.

We were not happy with Service Smart. Paid for every other month service, they showed less often than that. If you sign with therm, get everything in writing. We didn't get a service we believed we paid for that was a limited time special then they denied offering the special.
