I recommend you "view" them if they're for your clients not for you. There are some instructors classes that are more movement than exercise and others that are far more intense. I personally like Hype Fitness for the variety of classes and instructors.

Amy Osland Surrey Oestopath based at Westcroft Leisure Centre. Just Where Ricky, practices as Clare Rackham recommended. A practice that has great integrity and expertise. I, like Clare, need to be extremely careful who we go to.And can recommend Surrey Oestopaths. If you are a member with Everyone Active I believe there is some discount. They both also practice in other facilities. Both Clare and I work hard physically, in our job roles. And have a good understanding of physicality and movement I Hope that helps. 020 8099 2121 Based in Carshalton.

Simone at Ashtead Chiropractic Clinic. 01372 271970. I think it's 40 for the first consulation then 20 thereafter. She's treated all my kids and I went to her after I had a kidney stone when I was pregnant with Myla and my back muscles went into spasm. She worked wonders.
