If he does not have what you are looking for, please visit www.stingerbikes.com where you will find all bikes, parts, accessories, tools online. There are lots of good rides. As Rob said Colo-i Suva is good (short). Muaniweni is great. The Namosi Road is fantastic... can be done in one day but would make a great 3-4 day trip. Cyclists meet for a short coffee ride every Saturday at 7 am-ish at the RoC Coffee shop (Dolphins)... join us
